I was very fortunate to be able to interview (via Skype) Neil Infield, Manager at The British Library Business and IP Centre in London (Euston). Prior to doing some research about the British Library and talking to Neil, I must admit I just had visions of a place full of books and documented information about patents, trademarks and business, however I now know they offer much more.
In the interview Neil describes the services he an his team offer. He calls the Business and IP Centre a Safe Haven for Inventors, as we all know, there are a lot of scam companies out there who are more interested in your money than actually helping you with your invention. Whether you have just had your invention idea and need some advice on what to do next, or are looking for information on how to build a business around your invention Neil and his team (some who previously worked for the patent office) will be able to point you in the right direction. Please excuse my bumbling nervousness for my first interview
