Pretty much anyone, at sometime in their life, has had an invention idea for a new product. Most people won’t actually do anything about their ideas due to time, money or simply because they don’t know what to do next. Genius Crowds is an outlet for those ideas, even if they are merely a scribble on the back of a napkin. Genius Crowds aims to take the best of those ideas to market, with input from the community along the way.
Genius Crowds is probably not for an inventor who has a patented invention that they have been working on for several years. It is however well worth checking out if you have an idea, but don’t want the hassle of developing the idea, raising finance or finding a company to license it. The online community at Genius Crowds are friendly too. Obviously, as with anything, you need to check the terms and conditions on their website.
Please listen to the podcast above as CJ explains more about Genius Crowds and how it works.
